In our PCBA department, our production capabilities include PCB assembly lines with SMT automatic assembly,through-hole assembly and wave soldering. With highly precise equipment we perform BGA and Micro BGA as well as other small dimension and small tolerance assembly. 
We serve our customers for the full life cycle of the products fromPrototypes and NPI, toHigh volume production. Aviv Electronic Assemblies performs various visual automatic and functional testing as part of our QA system that meets the highest quality standards. These testing capabilities includeX-ray inspection, Functional testing, JTAG and ICT testing. Our production process is RoHS compliant. 
In our Assembly department we build custom Harnesses, cables and box builds. Cables and harnesses are built for communication, medical, RF, and industrial use. Our process includes wiring of electronic devices and mechanical assemblies.

Aviv Technologies Group provides wireless and machine to machine (M2M) technology solutions and services. Together with our global partners we supply a wide range of cellular modules, antennas and terminals Our cellular modules include: GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS,HSPA, CDMA, LTE, GPS and GLONAS. We also provide short range and ZigBee modules. Our antenna line includes: Car antenna, GPS antenna, Yagi antenna, Marin antenna, DVB-T antenna, Patch antennas, Stubby antennas and on-board antennas. We provide all required accessories and EZK´s including coaxial connector parts, adapter cables, plug-in savers/chargers, portable hands free kits, travel/chargers and others.
